Location! The location of this hotel is prime, in the heart of Yorkville and within walking distance of upscale shopping, restaurants, coffee shops and more! Its also a quick shot to the stadium, theaters and nightlife. Its a good thing the weather was great when I was there. I went for a few walks and nice run around the area.
The staff was friendly, accommodating and available at all times. The grounds and the lobby were super clean. I really liked the look of the hotel as well. The decor was comfortable yet modern.
The room service and the restaurant in the hotel, Annona, were great! The crabcakes were so fresh!
I especially appreciated a cute coffee shop called Second Cup that was attached to the hotel on the main floor. There was also a Starbucks across the street for those who prefer to stick with what they love. Caffeine fix? Check.
My room was right off the elevator, which is something I usually complain about but not here. I did not hear the *ding* every time it came to my floor and the foot traffic and conversation of the people passing by. Seems like the walls were just thick enough. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed. I’m a fan of blackout drapes and these did the trick!
The hotel also boasts a gym, spa and shop, rooftop bar and lobby bar area. This Hyatt has got it all!

hi , i’ll be at your hotel on may from the 18th till the 22nd (family wedding) . after i’m attending to travel by car from Toronto to Quebec city and would like doing that by car (i’ll be with my wife as well) .
i’d like to know if you can recommended me/or have an idea which rental car agency do so .
i’m checking on the internet as well but some don’t have and some i don’t know if the agency is near by to the hotel area .
